Hidden Feathers is a local party game played by a group of people on a single phone. We designed it to collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what little there is.
The following information is saved locally on your phone and is never transmitted to us or anyone else:
You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. We have no server and no account system; we cannot see, access, or recover this data.
If you use the optional "Create with AI" feature, the theme text you type (for example "90s Movies") is sent over an encrypted connection to Google's Gemini API to generate a word pack. The request contains only the theme text and your chosen game language - no names, no identifiers, no other game data.
Please do not enter personal information as a theme. Google processes these requests according to the Google Privacy Policy.
If you never use the AI feature, the game works entirely offline.
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. Like most ad networks, AdMob may collect and process:
This collection is performed by Google, not by us. You can learn how Google uses this data at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and manage your Advertising ID in Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Purchasing the one-time Sorme Pack removes all ads, and with them this data collection.
The Sorme Pack unlock is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Purchases can be managed and refunded through your Google Play account per Google Play's policies.
Hidden Feathers is a party game intended for a general audience aged 13 and up. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone - children included.
If we change this policy (for example when adding new features), we will update this page and the effective date above.
